Lid De-Nester

The Karmelle Stand-Alone Lid De-nester is an automatic, self-contained unit designed to mount directly over an existing conveyor system. It operates independently, de-stacking lids one at a time and feeding them down a chute where they are accurately placed onto passing containers. Designed for seamless integration, the unit sits at a above the conveyor and can be vertically adjusted to suit different production environments.

This de-nester feeds lids at a consistent rate, ensuring a smooth and efficient packaging process. It features an adjustable magazine that holds approximately 100 lids and can be adapted to accommodate different lid diameters.

As lids are released one by one into the chute, the chute temporarily fills and pauses the action. When a container passes beneath, the jaws then open, allowing a single lid to be dispensed directly onto the tin, ready for pressing.

Powered by a combination of pneumatics and 240V electricity, this Karmelle unit is designed for industrial durability. All electrical components are rated to IP65, offering protection against dust and water ingress. The machine requires a standard 220V single-phase 50Hz power supply and 6 bar compressed air at 5 CFM.

Ideal for high-speed, high-accuracy operations in food, beverage, and industrial filling lines, the Karmelle Lid De-nester offers a dependable and efficient solution for automated lid placement.

The Karmelle Lid De-Nester is expertly designed to work in tandem with the Karmelle Lid Press, creating a seamless and efficient lidding process for your production line. This combination streamlines automation, ensuring precise placement and secure fastening of lids with minimal manual intervention. By integrating these systems, you can enhance productivity, improve consistency, and reduce downtime, making your operation more efficient.
