Bench Top Filling Machines
The Bench Top Filler is a compact machine ideally suited to small volumes or short runs.
The benefits:
Run by compressed air, this entry-level filling machine is flexible, accurate and can achieve rapid changeovers. It has a small footprint, making it ideal for simple bench mounting.
The machine’s primary function is pneumatic logic, which is safe for hazardous areas (EX) or wash-down facilities. Flow is controlled either by a quick release nozzle or feed pipe, depending on where the product is being pumped. Once the filling head is positioned, the container head is locked to prevent spillage.

Semi-Automatic Volumetric Vertical Filling Machines
Karmelle’s Vertical Filling Machines are perfect for small to medium batches, ranging from 100 ml to 5 liters. They are easy to use and can handle larger volumes better than the Bench Top model. The operator manually places, fills, and removes the container.
These liquid filling machines can be equipped with a gravity or power conveyor feed and can be connected to a capping machine. They have a stainless steel frame for stability, with a product tank that includes a sensor to indicate when refilling is needed. The machine’s software adjusts to flow levels automatically but can be manually overridden. The filling nozzle has a safety switch to prevent spills, and the whole system is easy to clean.

Boom Arm Filler
Like many of Karmelle’s machines the Boom Arm Filler can be customised to meet the customers’ specific needs. It has a volumetric pump with options for five or ten-litre double acting strokes. Volume is adjusted using a hand wheel with a digital counter.
The machine operates with pneumatic logic and is safe for hazardous areas. Flow control varies based on product viscosity. The filling nozzle locks in place over the container neck, starts filling, and moves to the next container once the set volume is dispensed. A flowmeter version is also available.
