Antelope Capping Machine

Offering speed, repeatability and production flexibility, Karmelle’s Antelope Capping Machine is ideal for medium and large batch production environments, whatever the industry. This indexing rotary capper can handle any rotary screw or press-on caps, and containers of up to 25 litres.

It combines versatility with efficiency, achieving speeds of up to 50bpm.

Operation:

The Antelope Capper features a rotary index for bottle positioning. Caps are fed to a clipping head from an elevated inclined cap sorter, and screwed or pressed onto the container.
