Front and Back Side-apply Labeller

The Karmelle Front and Back Side-apply Labeller is a high precision in-line labelling system designed to apply front and back labels onto containers.

These labellers are designed to be easy to use and offer precision label positioning to a majority of industries. They are extremely flexible in their capabilities, labelling everything from boxes to round, oval or irregular shaped containers.

As all of our machines are bespoke and designed in house, we can manufacture the labeller to your specification. Dependent on your labelling needs, we take into account the required product spacing, alignment, stabilisation and label application.

The conveyors (slat or belt) are mounted on a stainless steel frame, providing the system with a rigid platform. This allows for the top mounted control system to fully rotate, making the settings adjustable from either side of the labelling machine and also making it safe from product contamination.

The touch screen control system is designed to store any labelling parameters previously set, saving them for your future needs and speeding up the changeover process.

Optional features include a range of coding solutions. We can offer hotfoil printers, thermal transfers or, for complete in-label printing, full inline thermal printers.
