T-Cork Capper

The T-Cork Capper is a high-performance rotary indexing machine manufactured to automatically insert ‘T’ corks into bottles at speeds of up to 40 bottles per minute (based on 750ml). Designed originally for the spirits industry, this machine simplifies what has traditionally been a labour-intensive process.

Equipped with either an 8 or 16 pocket starwheel (depending on bottle size), the T-Capper allows for rapid changeovers. Starwheels are easily swapped out, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
