Spindle  Capper

The Karmelle Spindle Capper is a high-speed, versatile capping solution designed to operate in both semi-automatic and fully automated production lines. Capable of handling a wide range of containers and closures—including trigger sprays—it delivers reliable performance at speeds of up to 200 containers per minute.

Built for adaptability, this machine features interchangeable spindles fitted with tightening disks suited to either smooth or ribbed closures. Every aspect of the Spindle Capper is fully adjustable, allowing for quick and easy changeovers between different products and ensuring maximum flexibility on the production floor. It can be supplied with its own integrated conveyor system or mounted over an existing one, offering seamless integration into your current setup.

All control functions are housed in a separate, remote panel, making operation and maintenance straightforward. This includes spindle speed control, transfer belt speed adjustment, and cap torque start and stop functionality, giving operators full command over the capping process.

To accommodate more complex production needs, the Spindle Capper can be configured with a range of optional features. These include cap sorting systems such as a sorting bowl or vibratory bowl and chute. For taller containers, twin gripper belts can be added for improved stability. The machine can also be fitted with independently adjustable twin belt units to handle the intricate shapes and designs seen in modern packaging.
