Spindle Capper

Karmelle’s versatile Spindle Capper can be operated as a semi or fully automated unit, and handles a wide range of containers and closures at speeds of up to 200 per minute. This machine can be set up for tightening trigger sprays.

The Karmelle Spindle Capper is suitable for closing a variety of containers and caps in an automatic operation, by means of automatically placed caps.

The capper can be supplied with a conveyor, or fitted over an existing customer conveyor.

The machine has interchangeable spindles with differing grades of tightening disks to suit either smooth or ribbed caps/closures.

The machine is fully adjustable in all places which makes it very versatile.

The controls are all housed in a separate panel which is remote to the machine.

The controls are: spindle speed control, transfer belt speed control, cap torque start/stop.

Optional features include:

Cap sorting bowl or vibratory bowl and chute; twin gripper belts for taller containers; or independently adjustable twin belt units able to handle the more complex container designs created by today’s market.
