Karmelle 4CT  Capper

Karmelle recently acquired exclusive rights to manufacture the Newmann 4CT capping machine under a new name – Karmelle 4CT capper.

The Karmelle trigger spray kit is suitable for tightening screw caps on glass, plastic or metal containers of virtually any shape. The lack of chuck, transfer wheel or timing mechanism allows containers to be processed continuously or at random.

Thanks to extremely adjustable speed control it is possible to precisely match conveyor speeds on the 4CT capper.

Our trigger spray kit is suitable for the majority of designs and can be supplied with a spray-head guide and tightening wheels.

Operation:

Each container is placed onto a conveyor, then fed between a pair of transporter belts which feeds it to pair of pre-tightening wheels followed by the torquing wheels. The wheels are fitted with durable, replaceable friction rings, suited to the type of cap used.
