Roller Lid Press

The Karmelle Roller Lid Press is an automatic, stand-alone unit designed to mount effortlessly over existing conveyor systems. This machine presses down and secures lids as they pass beneath, offering a smooth and reliable closure process for a wide variety of container styles.

Unlike rigid mechanical presses, the Karmelle Roller Lid Press uses a multiple driven roller system, delivering a gentler and more consistent pressing action. This makes it particularly well-suited to delicate or variably shaped lids and containers. An inclined outfeed roller system helps prevent tipping, especially when handling smaller containers with tapered sides, ensuring a smooth, upright transition out of the press.

The unit hight is adjustable, allowing for simple manual height changes to accommodate different container sizes. Powered by a durable Gast air motor gearbox, the machine is pneumatically driven and features speed control via exhaust air release regulation. A full air preparation set is fitted as standard to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

For operator convenience and safety, the Roller Lid Press includes entry and exit tunnels, side access doors, and intuitive start/stop control. An emergency stop and reset system is also integrated to meet safety compliance requirements.
