The Karmelle Bucket Filling and Capping line is a fully automated system to fill liquid into 5-20 litre buckets at different speeds, dependent on product and containers. The In-Line Fully Automatic Volumetric Piston Filling Machine features hygienic specification and a special pump construction to facilitate quick strip down. The system handles one type of bucket and lid in a run.
Single/twin bucket denester unit, comprising of a set of reciprocating jaws to drop one bucket onto the conveyor bed.
A vertical stack magazine with access doors to take up to a 1 metre high stack of buckets to feed into the denester. The magazine can be continuously re-loaded with buckets whilst the machine is operating without stopping the machine by means of a loading system, to keep the denester supplied with buckets when the stack being denested is exhausted.
Twin Head Lid Placing system comprising of a lid magazine at an angle of 30 degrees to the conveyor, a vacuum retraction cylinder to remove the lowest lid into a chute to position the lid on the bucket. This unit applies the lid whilst the bucket is travelling on the conveyor, the buckets having been spaced by means of a scroll on either side of the conveyor.
Lid press with driven rollers. Rollers are driven to match the speed of the conveyor. To give even pressure on lid and bucket, and eliminate drag.
