We offer three different types of semi-automatic drum/IBC fillers: volumetric, gravimetric and flowmeter; to suit your every filling need.
Traditional filling methods can be time consuming, present health and safety risks, are manual labour heavy and costly in the long term, due to spillages, overfill, and sloppiness contributing to negative brand image which can be off-putting to consumers.

Boom Arm Filling Machines
The flowmeter and volumetric boom arm filling machines are ideal for accurate filling of large containers such as drums or IBC’s, not using weigh-scales. Also suitable for hygienic and safe filling, with minimum of spillages.
Gravimetric
The boom arm filler can be supplied with weigh-scales for gravimetric filling. 1 x 2.5-meter filling platform with built in shallow bund (can be supplied with more than one), including a suitable drain point and a front bumper stopping forklifts from running into the bund.
