Single Acting Line Pump Filling Machine

Karmelle offers four types of vertical (single acting pump) volumetric filling machine: VIP F050, VIP F100, VIP F200 and VIP F500.

Built on multiple-head modular frames, these fully automatic in-line volumetric filling machines are suitable for a wide range of products – including chemicals and oils. They can be set up for bottom-up fill, top fill, or neck entry, with interchangeable nozzles to suit products, giving the maximum output possible.

Features include:

Fully adjustable drip tray and nozzle height, with digital readout for repeatability.

Machines are supplied with a conveyor that is designed and made to fit into your existing workshop-area.

Guarded with door interlocks

Entry/exit tunnels are provided. The machine can be washed out internally.

Controls all housed in stainless steel cabinets, and mounted on the side of the filler frame. The control panel is a touch screen HMI with TFT graphics. adjustable parameters are accessible on the HMI along with diagnostic tools – this is mounted at eye level on the side of the filler.

Single acting vertical pumps are great for space saving and allow a smaller footprint for the machine.
