Rotary Filling Machine
The fully-automatic rotary filling machine is suitable for a wide range of products. Featuring up to 24 heads, it can be built as a gravimetric, volumetric, flow meter or balanced pressure system.
Volumetric Filling Machines: Vertical & Horizontal
Karmelle’s range includes fully automatic in-line volumetric filling machines. Built on multiple head modular frames, these volumetric fillers are suitable for a variety of products – including oils and chemicals. Each machine is available as a single or double acting line pump.
Flowmeter Filling Machine
The In-line Flowmeter filling machine is fully automatic and suitable for a wide spectrum of products. With the appropriate interchangeable nozzles, it can be set up for bottom-up fill, top fill or neck entry.
Mini Monoblock
Volumetric rotary filler, complete with integrated capping machine, to fill miniature bottles (10-50ml) at a rate of up to 30pm (dependent on volumes). Stainless steel construction; can be fitted with an in-feed conveyor of 82.5mm width (100mm working) or a separate feed system.
